Never worked out before? That is not a problem at all. We’ll adjust the level of the exercises to your level of fitness.
The personal workouts can take place outdoors in your favorite park, or your own gym. We will be there for you!

Our team of trainers are on a mission to make you sweat and keep you motivated. Haven’t worked out in a while? No problem! We’ll adjust the level of the exercises to your level.
You’ll get a fitness program that is tailored just for you, working within any limitations you might have to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently. The trainer will perfect your form and motivate you while you focus on the the movements.
What to expect:
- A 60 minutes workout
- Focused on your goals
- Intensive and personal coaching
- No experience needed
- Training in your favorite spot in the park, or your home gym

What to bring
- Sport clothes
- Running or sports shoes
- Yogamat or towel (we will do some core exercises on the grass)
- Water bottle
- We provide: gym material and hand sanitizer
Please arrive 5 minutes early at your location, so we can start on time. Your instructor is visible in The Sports Society clothes and wil welcome you.
Unfortunately there are no shower or locker facilities in the park.
Which subway stations are closest to the bootcamp location?
The 1, B and C train stops at 86th street are the most convenient. There are also Citibike docks at Central Park West & West 85th St or 5th Ave & East 88th St.
How will I recognize my instructor?
You will recognize him! Otherwise call +1(917) 476 1673 and ask for help.
Are there lockers to store valuables?
We cannot provide lockers to store valuables, as we are in a public park. Most people use a fanny pack or simply keep their items (phone, keys) nearby while exercising.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know how much you love to plan, so we open reservations 14 days prior to the class. All we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. Anything canceled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancel, and you will forfeit the class from your package.
Do lessons proceed in bad weather?
Yes! It is an outdoor sport that has proceeds in all weather types. Also with rainy and windy conditions. If the weather is so bad that we cannot proceed, the instructor will let you know.
